    Galvanic isolation transformer

    This high-quality online UPS from Aunilec is provided with a galvanic isolation transformer, which means that the electric circuits before and after the UPS are not connected physically, but via an electromagnetic field. This increases the reliability of the protection essentially. Spikes and disturbances can not pass the magnetic field of the galvanic isolation transformer.

    Working principle

    During normal day operation, the connected load is powered by solar energy. If the solar energy is not strong enough, all missing energy is supplied by the batteries. If both energies are not available, the system automatically switches to normal AC supply or genset.

    What makes the difference ?

    Our VRLA Gel deep cycle batteries are conform to the cycles use test norm IEC61427. The batteries still provide 100% of the full capacity in Ampere-hour (Ah) after 148 cycles.

    During the day, the primary function of the PV installation is to supply the load with Energy. Every excess will be stored in the batteries or/and re-injected into the Grid. These functions are configurable.

    Energy storage

    During weak PV production or at night, the energy stored in the batteries supplies the load or can be re-injected into the Grid. The different discharge parameters are configurable

    Blackout protection / Offgrid

    The integrated Line-interactive UPS guarentee 100% energy supply in case of a power failure. The output power is 3kW for AUNISOL3+G (single phase), 5kW for AUNISOL5+G (single phase) and 10kW for AUNISOL10T+G (three-phase). The AUNISOL series can also work as an Off Grid installation.

    Designed for industrial and telecom applications

    MRC rectifier modules are designed and optimised for demanding industrial and telecom applications. Rectifier delivers 1600W output power at 48, 60, 110, 125 and 220 VDC and 1100W at 24 VDC. Rectifier input is single phase, it input range is between 140-290Vac. Rectifiers are convection cooled. 

    Rectifiers can be operated either with a system controller or as stand-alone modules with or without batteries in the output.

    Redundant and fault tolerant system

    The AUPUS Inverter system is a redundant, fault tolerant system. Inverter system is optimal solution when long autonomy time and long battery service life are required. Inverter system is compatible with several battery configurations. Inverter system fits in the standard 19” racks and cabinets. EIM inverters efficiencies are high, up to 90%. 

    The AUPUS Inverter system has a modular construction. The inverter modules can be combined with static switch, manual bypass, AC distribution and 3-phase synchronization modules based on customer’s needs.

    The AUPUS Inverter system can be integrated in the same cabinet as Aunilec DC power systems with advanced VIDI+ controller, temperature sensors and battery monitoring.
